2011 Christmas Order Receipt Deadlines

WHITEHALL PRODUCTS:

Qualifying orders received by these dates and times will be guaranteed for delivery by Christmas with regular ground shipping charges. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in time, we will offer you a 10% discount off the product. (*NOTE EXCLUSIONS)
We are committed to rapid order fulfillment. If the item of your choice is not available for the date required, we'll be happy to assist you in selecting a substitute.
While our delivery carriers are also committed to getting your package delivered on time, please be aware that there is a small possibility that events outside of our control may occur, such as extreme weather or delivery company issues.
Also, please understand that orders on hold due to personalization, model or payment issues may not be received on time if the issue is not resolved before the cut off time.
Exclusions From the Shipping Guarantee:
Aluminum Doormats, Mio planters, Cupolas, Catalina and all 3 or more color series plaques, and all Two Sided Ladder Rest and Post Signs are not part of the Christmas cut-off program.
International orders are excluded from the shipping guarantee as well.
*Please note that Whitehall's manufacturing department closes down during the first two weeks in January for cleaning and maintenance. We will process as many orders as possible prior to the end of December. The remaining orders will be processed when production resumes in mid-January.

In many cases we can complete and ship your order sooner than four weeks, however, because each item is completely hand crafted and made to order we cannot guarantee earlier delivery.
