Our beautiful slate address plaque is stylish, distinctive and very durable. The address plaque is made of 100% natural slate that has been newly quarried in the United States and is hand-cut to size.

Manufactured by The Stone Mill, our two sided hanging slate address plaque is deeply carved, then painted with weather-resistant exterior enamels for years of outdoor or indoor enjoyment. Each natural slate has distinct features and internal color variations which gives the slate its beauty and unique character. Choose from four color combinations to compliment your home or business.

Available emblems and designs (approx 4 3/4" H) can be added to your slate plaque, as shown, at no extra charge. The size will change depending upon the number of letters used in the name and address. See all of our available images below.

Personalization will read the same on both sides

* Other personalization options are available. Prices are for font style and text layouts as shown. We can customize the text layout for a $15.00 customization charge.

Line 1 = You can have the word "The" or not have "The" on the line. (The letter "T" is approx 1" tall.) If "The" is not used, line two will be centered appropriately.

Line 2 = Maximum of 15 characters. The first letter of each word is Capitalized. (approx. 2 1/2" tall)

Line 3 = Maximum of 5 characters. The characters are approximately 2 3/4" tall.

Line 4 = Maximum of 15 characters. The first letter of each word is Capitalized. (approx 1 1/8" H)

This plaque is personalized on both sides. It comes with two holes drilled 8" apart on top as shown in the image.

The optional hanging bracket is 16" long, comes with mounting screws, is black and made of wrought iron, and is designed especially for this plaque.
